I sacrificed my junior-high school life and high school life for "Wind Orchestra Club" activities.Of cource,it was a wonderful experiences,but the trouble is that my studying was thrown away somewhere.
As a result,I failed examination for entering universities.So,I had to study high school subjects for entering this university for one extra year.

I studied hard in 2006-2007,Feb.
Therefore I am happy now.
I made a big sacrifice last year. Because I had to study to enter university,I stopped playing the guitar.It was verry sad to see the fingers of my left hand became soft.

The largest sacrifice I ever made is...time, I think.
I sacrificed time to study to enter the university.
I could choose using the time to do my hobby etc..., but I didn't choose it, so I'm able to enjoy the life here now.
So, I think sacrificing the time wasn't useless.^^

As far as I conceive, it is the largest one..
when I was 3 years old,one day I went to toilet alone.However I locked the key inside,and I did't know how to open it.The key could open only inside,so I could't go out!I cried so much for a long time.
Then my family came to the door,and my uncle helped me. They were very worried about me. About 30 minutes later I could go out.

Last year,I studied hard to pass the entrance examinations for some universities.The examination is so difficult,and I had to study 8 hours a day.
I coudn't make time for my hobbys, Seeing movies,watching TV,reading books,sleeping long time,so I put up with them for a year.
Through that endure,I coud enter this university.
I do not have experience like you.But when I was studying for entrance exam I gave up practicing Kyudo(Japanese archery) temporary.After entrance exam finished, I began to practice Kyudo.I enjoy it very much now.

I gave up continueing to play music in symphony orchestra to save time to study and money.
Because who join in symphony orchestra must buy own musical instrument and it is too expensive for me that I can't pay for it by myself.
And I belong to Niiza Cnmpus but activity of orchestra is held in Ikebukuro Campus.
So I gave up.I'm very sad.But I think my choice is correct to enjoy my campus life.
I sacrificed time during summer vacation last year.Because of school festival performance practice with classmates.The practice is very hard .BUt our effort made the performance a successful.I was very very happy and moved. Certainly classmates feel like same emotion. We had a very good time.

Largest sacrifice..... well I guess on the surface it looks as if having a Wife, toddler, twins (on the way) and a dog who snores means I have sacrificed time. But the deeper I think about it, the more I realise I have not sacrificed my time. I have traded my time for priceless time and memories with my family.
You are going to have so much fun as a parent - you grow as a person. You get to see a little human being - part of you - develop. The first roll, walk, talk - fantastic moments. The first time you hear " Daddy I love you" brings a tear to your eye! :-)
